Job description:Basement flat from street, ground flat at entrence. Ongoing damp problems in let flat now shows mould in bedroom walls and the communual hallway which share a common wall. Boiler engineer suggested that a leak that may have caused reduced pressure and due to age of boiler, could be the origin of the damp. Granite tenement, wooden floorboards are open and can be lifted. Would aslo like to be advised of any further damage that has been caused or could be caused from the current state. Can send photos prior to visit. Budget is not yet known, and landlord lives abroad but have been given the go to get the property seen to, to estimate work.
