Job description:Take old plaster off walls from approx. 3ft from floor in the porch area which is approx 3ft x 7ft and then damp proof and replaster. There is a drain on other side of Porch which may need walls damp proofing and replastering too. I would say about 4 square foot worth of space needs working on. Also some minor reskimming in certain areas of hours, again just about 2 square foot of space needs working on.
