Job description:We live in the upstairs of a maisonette. Since having new front door fitted there is not enough ventilation in our porch causing condensation build up. It is also a cold spot in the property. It has been recommended to fit an air brick. There is also mould in top corners and bottom corners in bedrooms on front side of the house and wonder of there is a solution for this.
