Job description:I am buying a one-bedroom ground floor flat for which a new damp proof course was recently injected into a number of walls (bedroom, hallway, living room) but the subsequent plastering work was not carried out by the same contractor and as such needs re-doing, as well as new chemical treatment and plastering for two kitchen walls.
