Job description:To remove existing fireplace and gas fire (already disconnected) and replace with a Tiled Victorian style fireplace, surround and hearth. Builders opening may need enlarged, therefore please only contact me if you can do this as well as the gas connection. The chimney is a style 1 (I think that's how you would describe a brick original fireplace) it has been tested with a smoke pellet and is sound. Please note that this job does not need to be complete prior to Christmas, however, no later than end of January.
