Job description:I bought the house just over 10 years ago and was supplied with a damp proofing guarantee that has now expired. The guarantee features full details of what treatment was applied last time. The treatment has failed and the MDF cupboards lining the external wall have rotted extensively - I have had a plumber investigate for leaks and he tells me there are none.
