Job description:Hallway, Living room and kitchen are cold. Kitchen and Hallway are floorboarded. There's a basement under the house. I want to fill gaps and insulate to keep the house warm. I've already insulated the loft but these areas are still cold. I'm looking for an experienced and reliable person.
