Job description:We have just removed a gas fire and concrete mantelpiece. We have bought a new hearth, mantlepiece and cast iron insert to create and open fire. The hole in the chimney breast is too small and needs to be enlarged so that the cast iron insert can be recessed in. There is currently a concrete (possible asbestos?) insert where the gas fire used to fit. I need some quotes for the creation of a hole in the chimney breast and fitting of the new fireplace complete with mantle and hearth.
