Damp found to front of property in Northfield

Job description:Damp has been found under the bay window as well as in the hall way of the property i am currently going through the process of buying. (3 bed semi) The timber/floorboards in the hallway are springy when walked on and it is suspected that the wood will need treatment due to the damp. There is no mention in the survey we had carried out of the damp being anywhere else apart from the front of the property.
