Need Bricklights replacing which are mounted inside driveway walls, 4 in total in Sheldon

Job description:We have 4 bricklights that were installed by the builder that built our driveway and he did a very poor job. The lights were inserted into the wall and sealed in with some kind of black adhesive which looks very unsightly. This made it impossible to access the lights when needing change the bulb and all of them have now gone leaving the driveway in darkness. The lights are connected by a mains cable which runs into the house. We would like the lights to be removed and a more practical solution put in place to replace the lights which would allow us to change the bulbs without having to remove the whole thing from the wall. Would obviously also want the finish to be neat and tidy without any black adhesive left everywhere.
