Job description:We live in a terraced house and the floor boards on one side of living room become damp after heavy rain. Our neighbours say they don't have any problems their side. Odd thing is that the wall above is not affected. We can't tell what the cause is or how to solve it. We need to get sorted asap as we want to decorate and fit a laminate flooring. Thanks Lucy
