Stud & block party wall requiring sound proofing in Stockland Green

Job description:I have a party wall approximately 7m x 3m in size that I need sound proofing due to high noise levels penetrating the wall from the neighbours, noise such as bass music. The existing wall construction is 2 x layers of 12mm plaster board, 20mm air gap and then block work, and I think the same on the neighbours side. In addition the noise levels are trveling through the ground floor ceiling floor so there are relatively few places within the premises where the high noise (low frequency) levels cannot be heard.
