Damp proofing in Audley

Job description:2 Bedroom mid-terrace. Had inspection by cavity wall insulators who said we have rising damp on the front of the house. Are patches of mould and wetness on the inside walls of the front room. Previous owner did damp-proofing in 1988, have a certificate of warranty, can't seem to trace the company to claim on the warranty. We therefore need to do this room before winter and before it spreads, please. Not sure what it will cost now but need the most reliable people to do the job
