Need advice on damp in property. End gable terraced with penetrating patches. in Ewood

Job description:Damp patches appearing in rooms bith up and downstairs. Its an end gable terrace but all brick has been replaced in last 15 years and appears sound. Roof sound also. Cavity has been filled with wool insulation before i purchased house. ideally need someone to identify problem with infrared thermometer and/or boroscope as keen to remedy ASAP.
