Job description:Hi, I dont think i need a damp proof. The problem is i have a couple of walls that are crumbling in a small area,(upstairs) there are signs showing of a little blackish colour on the bottom left handside of the wall, which seems to be a outside wall. Hope this has explained, need help please.
