Job description:This is an ex local authority bungalow built about 1950. The original solid concrete floors are covered with thermoplastic tiles in a bituminous layer. We believe there is no dpm and these original coverings are breaking down and no longer provide dampproofing. We need the tiles removed and the concrete floor dampproofing and levelling. 3 rooms and a hallway are involved initially (approx. 45-50 sq. m), and maybe a fourth room at a later date. The budget for this job is a wild guess!
