I have damp in bay area, terrible cold coming from cavity beneath floor boards in lounge. in Little Lever

Job description:The bay wall is very wet, inside. Always has condensation on it We had a leak from downspout, going into air bricks, don't know for how long, it was by accident that we discovered it. Floor (chip board) is wet, cold and smelly. Only the lounge is affected.
