Job description:We are having issues with noises from upstairs (other flat) and they do likewise with us. No crazy parties, just normally living. So need to see what can be done to resolve this basically. Might have potential to do both my celing and flat aboves floor. I would be interested in two rooms to be done, but maybe more. The rooms are roughly probably 20 x 20 I guess. Thanks
