Job description:The property has damaged timber work internally and externally. I would like a quote for porch which has dry wood rot, this will need to be repaired or replaced, Wooden fence to the property also timber has damage wwodworm/ rot and needs to made good or replaced There are 2 doors 1 outer door, 1 internal which are damaged and need to be replaced. Internally timber flooring next to pantry is loose and uneven and needs to be repaired. Also I have been advised the internal joinery of the property is in generally poor condition and upgrading is required. I would like a full estimate of all repairs detailed above to make the property good.
