Damp patches on two walls in Hutton South

Job description:Need someone to look at the problem and advise me on the remedy. One wall has a patch about 1.5 sq feet which I replastered about 4/5 months ago but it has come back. The second wall problem is smaller but still needs looking at, don't know if the two faults are related from the same source.
