Inspection & treatment of Victorian mid terrace, possible rising damp in front wall. in Avonmouth

Job description:We have had a building survey done on a late Victorian terrace that we are in the process of buying. The surveyor has found damp patches and mould growth, due to suspected rising damp, on the ground floor front wall of the property and advises that this is treated. He also found another couple of damp patches on party walls downstairs. The surveyor recommends that you carry out an inspection of these damp patches in the house please. Also examination and possible treatment of timbers that are in contact with damp masonry. We need inspection & quote now please, and would like work carried out as soon as we move in, likely to be early April. Many thanks. Susie.
