Job description:We have just moved into our new house and have noticed a wall underneath the dining room window has been covered with a different coloured piece of wall paper. Underneath it is a black damp wall. There was a sofa against this wall when we moved in. The garden slopes down towards this wall and there is decking right up to the wall so we are unable to see what drainage there is along this wall. Would really like an expert eye to visit to let me know their thoughts.
