Job description:We have a Victorian house with an extension built onto the back. Where the concrete floor of the extension meets the wooden floorboards of the kitchen/diner we've noticed the floorboards and skirting boards have started to rot. We would like to determine firstly what is causing the rot, and then secondly have someone replace the defective floorboards and skirting boards and replace a wooden step (approx 1m in length) into the extension. We would like to have someone who could come round ASAP and give us a quote. Many thanks
