Damp penatration on west facing gable end in Easton

Job description:I have aproblem with damp penatrating the gable end which is sparred, and to the front corner of the house. It is an end terr Victorian house, there is no cavity and as a consequense during the autumn/winter months the wall retains the moisture and with the central heating on it attracts the moisture to the inner walls on all levels of the house, of which there are two.
