Job description:I have a car inspection pit in my garage that I had the builders include when it was built. It included a membrane to keep the water out and a concrete block wall construction. Unfortunately it slowly fills with water. I have been told of a product called vandex that seems suitable for stopping the water and waterproofing it. I require someone familiar with the product and its capabilities to waterproof the pit.
