Job description:Based on the results of my HBR on the property I need a quote for the following jobs before the purchase can proceed: 1. BWPDA contractor to inspect damp area to the right wall of the vestibule with a view to comenting regarding/undertaking appropriate remedial work. 2. Same contractor to quote for appropriately reducing the external ground levels and removing the rendering to a height at or just above any damp proof course, and form an appropriate bell cast.
