Job description:I have had a radiator pipe leak onto a concrete foor in a bedroom resulting in what i believe to be an outbreak of dry rot. I also believe the water has moved through the concrete and the dry rot has infested the plasterboard in a downstairs toilet which is directly below the bedroom outbreak. I need this identified and then any remedial works to get rid of the problem
