Repair/replace leaking cast iron down pipe in Buckie

Job description:Damp patch appeared on inside of external wall in the place where a cast iron down pipe is attached outside. Could be the pointing that is the problem or it might have been a gull's nest blocking the gutter, but the downpipes and hoppers are cast iron and beginning to look a bit nibbled, so could be the problem. Needs checked out.
