Job description:I have damp patches at the bottom of my kitchen wall. The kitchen is part an old extension (council built, before I moved in) and concrete steps come off the kitchen door going down to a concrete path outside. The damp is on each side of the kitchen door and steps, so I suspect there is inadequate (or no) damp proofing in these steps.
