Job description:We are in the process of buying this house. The survey has come back with a number of points that need looking at: - wood worm. Unsure if active. - damp proof as external ground level is higher than ground proof. No damp found. - external render needs fixing. - some tiles loose or damaged on roof. Therefore we are looking for a quote for this work prior to completion and work to be conducted after completion.
