Job description:The fire we have was already installed in the house we brought, we can get the ignition on and when we press the remote to ignite the flames it bleeps then doesn't do anything! We are confused as the fire worked 6 months ago and we have tried changing the batteries in the remote- this hasn't helped! Nicola
