Job description:Removing load bearing wall between living and dining room according to structural engineers specification which includes steel beam and foundation. Finish it off. Break through1.6 meter between dining and living room ready for new door. Laying Laminate floor in livingroom, dining room kitchen and porch. Installing new cloakroom in entrance porch. Installing space for utility room under stairs. Installing new ceiling in kitchen. This is the urgent work for phase one, more work in latter phases. Work needs to start in December while house is unoccupied.
