Job description:due to lack of ventilation underneath of floor board, some condensation has started to affect the floor board which affected the chipwood board that rot in a corner of the bedroom. The works are to increase ventilation by increasing the air briks. Installation of x2 passyfier vents, Carry out chemical timber treatment (if required), brik piers, and possibly incorporating a bell mounth drip. Patch/replacement of damaged floorboard.
