Job description:House is a three bed mid terrace. Stone. Living room and dining room have been knocked into one room, approx 29ft long. Old lime plaster is crumbling and where it has been skimmed is also deteriorating. Require quote for replastering of the entire space also possibly creating a storage alcove in dining room chimney breast that is currently blocked up. There may also be a requirement for some damp proofing work to be carried out to the chimney breast in the dining room. Existing damp course in place with 'thirty year' guarantee due to expire in the next couple of years.
