Job description:Cellar in 3 parts, 3m x 2.5m, 3m x 1.5m and 3m x 4m (this larger part would require removal of rubble). height abou 1.8m to floor joists, 1.5 m to road height. require damp proofing of walls and floor, ceiling repaired in smaller parts and ceiling installed in larger part. Walls are currently just exposed brick. Fitting of electrical wall sockets and lighting (probably wall mounted due to restricted height) plumbing tidied and possibly drainage (if it is possible to use as utility room).
