Job description:plasterer took down hall ceiling to uncover a double joist beside the bathroom and one of the joists appears to have wet/dry rot. There are white marks on the joist next to the double one so I'm worried the rot is spreading. I need someone to assess the damage and provide a quote for treating/replacing the affected timber.
