Job description:Believe we have failed damp course and penetrating damp around chimneys which is affecting internal paint finish in two rooms with external walls. House is a timber structure and over 200 yrs old. Have had issues with damp proofers and surveyors in past in previous house 'creating' problems to fix to gain work and are very wary of his occuring again!
