Job description:House has no damp or rot, however the crawl space under the house is at a lower level than the surrounding grounds, therefore everytime it rains you get around 2/3 inches of water creeping under the house. There is also only access to the underneath via the kitchen- there is hardwood flooring throughout the rest of the ground floor so it will be a very manual job.
