Job description:San and finish floors, lighting, storage space, repair to ceiling that has suffered water damage, new bathroom. I am looking for good innovative ideas that will introduce the modern but keep the feel of a traditional cottage. Further down the line I would like to install a new kitchen, a garden office and possibly a back door leading out on to a narrow laneway behind allotments at rear of property - this would require clearing of earth etc.
