Job description:The property has an internal damp problem with black mould appearing. The cause needs to be identified and fixed before any redecoration can commence. It is possibly due to a down-pipe at the front of the building that is in disrepair, but stonework at front of building also in disrepair and likely to need maintenance. After cause is repaired, internal redecoration will then be undertaken so a number of different skilled tradesman will be needed for the the entire job. The property is a four story tenement building, with twelve properties. As this is in Edinburgh, any exterior work would be a communal responsibility and costs for external work would be split between the twelve flats.
