Job description:had water escape in ceiling due to dislodged concealed boiler flue pipe. This is now resolved but carpet underlay is damp, bedroom furniture is mouldy from the floor upwards, and clothes in built in wardrobe have visable mould. Company claim two are not linked so looking to establish what is causing damp on floor level. We are a ground floor flat and this seems to be concealed to the main bedroom which is average size and does have an en suite. Looking to establish problem and obtain quote for repair work.
