Job description:4 large rooms with penetrating damp, (no windows - underground) want to get them habitable again. They need stripped out, then walls tanked with plastic membrane and a drainage system, lower ceilings, build stud walls, new electrics, ventillation system etc. I would rather someone come see the job to quote as difficult to summarise in an email. ASAP start.
