Job description:Burst pipe in crawl space under close. Pipe repaired but there was no remedial work carried out. Now appprox 12 months later there is damp on the walls and water on the floor. Problem is located in cupboard under the stairs on ground floor tenemant flat. I need two quotes for insurance purposes and then need work carries out
