Job description:There are damp patches on an interior wall in my ground floor flat. One has white fluffy salts from the plaster. It is by the toilet, but also an extreior wall with a downpipe that looks damp outside. I contacted my buildings insurance company who need a report from a professional before they can proceed. Either way though, I will want the repair completed.
