Job description:there is dampness in the wall between bathroom & kitchen, apparently wet rot. strip out kitchen & bathroom and repair dampness. fit new bathroom and kitchen. in addition if budget allows, fit hardwood flooring to hall, dining room & lounge, and possibly new central heating. difficult to know the budget bracket.
