Fix damp area at base of bathroom wall in Midlothian South

Job description:I have a damp area growing at the base of my bathroom wall. Bathroom is in a breezeblock extension to an old stone build house. Damp area is at the join between the two. I've filled any external cracks and have been running a dehumidifier but my damp meter is showing no change. Need to understand where this is coming from and what the options are to fix
