Job description:I am planning to purchase a 1950's 3 bedroom detatched house. I have taken out a survey, which has brought up the point that there are high moisture levels to the front wall of the living rool, where sub-floor vents have been blocked. I would be grateful if someone could inspect this (prior to me completing the purchase of the property) in order to advise of necessary work needed.
