Job description:Works required are as follows; 1. Mould to wallaround front entrance. 2. Provide and fix door to kitchen 3. Overhaul,repair or renew the opening sashes to groound floor dining room. 4. Overhaul,repair or renew the ill-fitting window sashes to second floor back room. 5. Provide a report on the structural movement to the brickwork to the back main wall and adequacy of support lintels over opening. 6. Make good cracked ceiling plaster in second floor front room 7. make good hole in front main wall. 8. Cut out perished, rotted and broken woodwork to the outside cupboards opposite front entrance.
