Job description:slightly run down and dated 1930s semi detached 3 bedroom house needs to be completely refitted. plumbing and electrics need refitting, esp water pressure; house may need underpinning; damp needs to be removed from walls and ceiling; roof and guttering has to be repaired; cracks in walls to be filled and repaired - walls to be strengthened; bathroom to be removed and redesigned, including removal of bath and installation of stand alone shower; carpets removed and floorboards sanded and 5 rooms (2 reception and 3 bedrooms)to be redecorated. Budget between £40k and £70k.
