Job description:I am considering opening up a fireplace in my cottage and resiting a back flued gas stove into a top flued stove within an inglenook fireplace. I anticipate several stages to this. Some of which will require a gas fitter, others a builder. Depending on what is underneath the existing structure I may need fireplace installation/chimney reconstruction. Some work was done on the chimney itself when the current gas fire was installed.
